Q: Where does CuddyBud ship?

We ship to customers within the United States — that’s our main shipping region.

Q: How do returns and refunds work (U.S.)?

  • We offer a “60-nights return policy,” which means you must request a return within 15 nights after receiving your item. Cuddybud
  • To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging — and you must have proof of purchase. Cuddybud

Q: What if I received a wrong or damaged item?

Q: Can I cancel my order before shipping?

No — once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Instead, you would need to use the return process above if eligible.
