Cancellation Policy
At CuddyBud, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, we allow cancellations—but only within a short time window.
Order Cancellation Window
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we may not be able to cancel it.

How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately:

- Reason for cancellation
We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed.
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled after an order is placed, as production begins right away.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address, item, or quantity, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this window, modifications may not be possible.
